Network Administration:

  • Network Monitoring through specialized tool sets such as Microsoft System Center, SolarWinds, Nagios, WhatsUp
  • Security Management with Intrusion detection, VPN set up and management
  • Administration of network access and system security through the management of firewalls, routers and VPN 
  • Perform preventive maintenance services on all LAN/WAN equipment and services as required
  • Install and test upgrades, updates and security packs to applications and services as required
  • Analyze and troubleshoot existing and planned network configuration and infrastructure
  • Identify specific areas to fix or improve Network configuration

Database Administration:

  • Monitor system performance, investigate and diagnose performance issues, and ensure efficient operation and stability of the system
  • Consultation and design of database strategies and implementations to support growth (support, performance, availability, security, and manageability)
  • Analyze and resolve systems and storage issues related to performance
  • Identify database and code optimization opportunities
